NO OBLIGATION DISCUSSION
The first step is to arrange a convenient time for an in depth chat, either over the telephone, or face to face here in Spain. This is a fact finding mission to really learn about your requirements and to discuss how our service may help. We can also advise on locations and market conditions in order to maximize what is achievable for your budget. We can also brief you on the buying process here in Spain.

PROACTIVE SEARCH
This will depend on your timescale for purchasing.
If you are serious about purchasing in the next six months we can forward potential properties for you to consider. Having longstanding relationships throughout the region we proactively source property being openly and quietly marketed through estate agents, auctions, developers and private owners. Remember we are familiar with the whole area and are up to date with the local market. This saves you time, energy and legwork. However if you have already seen properties on estate agents web sites, then we can investigate them for you.

AREA FAMILIARISATION TOUR
A tour of preferred and or suggested areas can be arranged before the search commences. This usually entails a day’s driven tour through selected areas providing an overview of property styles and values, local amenities and the pros and cons of each area. Orientation tours are FREE for purchasers and offer advice on property styles, local area information and schools etc as required.
This service is also available for customers who are not ready to commit to a purchase just yet but would like some help on familiarizing themselves with potential areas.

CONVENIENT PROPERTY TOURS
Considering all your requirements and desired locations UNIQUE PROPERTY SEARCH will arrange viewings of select properties at your convenience and accompany you, advising on the negatives as well as the positives of each property.

NEGOTIATION AND PURCHASE
Negotiation is a main area of our skill and expertise.  If required, we can advise and help throughout this process to ensure you get the best deal. At the same time we can recommend English speaking Spanish lawyers and assist you with all aspects of registering with the local authorities relating to your property purchase. You can be assured that all legal procedures will be handled professionally for piece of mind.
